LEGISLATION WILL NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM.

Guns are the tools of violence but not the only weapons as history has proven. Violent people will use whatever means are at their disposal and obtain the weapon any way possible.
Our society has become less caring, more violent with a rise in racism and bigotry that is unprecidented. Has the rise in the number of Canadians watching American news, Fox, CNN etc. contributed to the change in the Canadian society?
