A owner of our former favourite restaurant shared that her 14 year old server was constantly harassed by male customers. The owner refused to address the issue fearing losing the gropers' business.

Perfect!!! It reminds me of being groped in junior high. I did just what you see in the video, was suspended for a week and the boy was not disciplined. My parents praised my behavior then assigned me to clean stalls every morning for the week. Not as punishment but to make sure I burned off the anger.
