Gulf Coast (PADD 3) Refineries in this region can process heavy crude, such as Western Canadian Select (WCS).
Rocky Mountain (PADD 4) Refineries in this region receive crude oil from Canada via pipelines and rail networks.
This list is huge of American companies who use Canadian raw materials or products to produce their goods and services. New Yorkers will see a 25% increase in their electric bill.
