Taxpayers have shored up the public service for years with questionable customer service.
The coup de grace for our family was this reply from CP, "It is not in the delivery person's job description to push a buzzer."
The above is in response to our questioning the time it took the employee to complete a form, open the community mail box and slip the form into our box.
In contrast to pushing the buzzer and my coming to the door.
All our deliveries are now by UPS, directly to our door allowing me to continue to work and not take time for a trip to the post office.
