It was obvious to all concerned that the officers and teller behaved racially.
When I, a white male, enter banks wearing a clearly visible shoulder holster, there are no 9-1-1 calls.
"I have found that both [officers] acted oppressively in their dealings with Mr. Johnson and his granddaughter. Maybe all businesses will start screening applicants for racism. This is deplorable and I applaud the grandfather for following through. Years ago he may have turned the other cheek. No more. 10,000 unmarked graves scream, No More!
