OMG! I've never heard of this and it has been going on for how long? Nazi Germany wasn't the only country to perform such surgeries. The United States passed legislation in 1937 permitting Indiana doctors to operate. Several other countries as well. http://large.stanford.edu/courses/2017/ph241/payzer2/
