Harassment by a male Mountie against a woman colleague at the Kelowna, BC detachment resulted in her pulling her service weapon to stop the treatment in a common detachment room. Male colleagues didn't try to stop the male mistreating his colleague. There is no indication in the report that Hess, the harasser was punished.
