Reading some of the other posts here I can't understand why Canadians are allowing this incompetence to continue. No matter how far back one goes the evidence is overwhelming. Commissioner Bob Paulson allowed numerous Mounties to die because he refused arming them with carbines. Nova Scotia and 22 murders while the RCMP allowed the killer to roam free????
