Were there any kids in your childhood neighborhood who fit this guy's persona? How about your current hood?
My Weston, Ontario Hood hosted my friends and me doing this but of course, sadly, without the phone. As a Santa Monica, California teenager, the Hood was expanded but with cars; jacked up in front and the tunes blasting.
