According to RCMP, two youths were apprehended as part of the investigation, they were then released to the custody of their parents.
“Two replica handguns were located in the area police are working with the school district and their community partners to continue to address this investigation,” said Evelyn.
Kudos to the school, district and RCMP for their rapid response.
In another district my family and I were threatened by a student.
The school and district refused to act. I called police who were at the school within minutes and removed the student.
He was expelled and removed from the town to live with relatives in another province.
