I agree too. It helps my mental health to think of how I can bring a little happiness into someone's life rather than thinking about my problems.
I agree with those above Shelley. I felt so beaten down as I approached retirement that my enthusiasm had vanished. But friends helped me rally and now all is good...I count my blessings that over a 20+ year career I didn't die.
Totally agree Shelley. Please and thank you go a long way to making someone's day. I did a RAK today and the Gen Z fellow was surprised saying how much he appreciated the deed.
