This operation is particularly interesting to follow for several currently serving and retired Members who portray themselves in "Vancouver Secrets" which deals with money laundering and Colombian cocaine smuggled into Port Alberni, British Columbia.
"The numbers are staggering … $55 million in drugs intercepted, nearly one metric tonne of methamphetamine that was destined for Alberta communities," said Supt. Marc Cochlin, ALERT chief executive officer.

Great to see such interagency & international operations.
"Alberta Law Enforcement Response Teams (ALERT) said Wednesday the investigation started in 2020 and involved Calgary police, U.S. Homeland Security and officers in Niagara, Ont., Saskatchewan and Osoyoos, B.C."
ALERT said these vehicles were seized in connection with Project Cobra. (ALERT)

Great cooperation between agencies. We don't see that often here because of territorial egos. It is interesting that currently servicing police officers and retirees are in "Vancouver Secrets". I just ordered my copy.
