The flavors were stunningly blended to highlight each ingredient's distinction, the corn tortilla, corn, black beans with the salsa verde, cilantro and green chilis of the sauce. The brown rice is tantalizingly delicious with just a hint of heat.
I made enchiladas that looked a lot like these last night after viewing this post. Yummy!
