Jean Francois D'Asti-Brideau was arrested in January 2021 in Winnipeg for erratic driving. He was in possession of weapons including a stun gun. He was released in June 2021 and arrested June 2022. It is unknown how many victims he trafficked during the last year, but it is clear he should never have been released.
